ERGONOMIC PACKING TAPE SYSTEMS
With the new ZeroTape® packing tape system, important muscle groups in hands, arms and shoulders are used much less than with standard hand dispensers.
WORK SIMPLIFICATION THROUGH IMPROVED ERGONOMICS
A 25% reduction in weight contributes to the ergonomics or improved handling, as well as a safety knife, which prevents wear and tear of the blades during the usual handling of the dispensers in everyday work and greatly reduces the risk of injury.
The improved ergonomics are complemented by a comfortable handling, which is noticeable by a ventilated handle system and easier reel change.
With the development and design of the new ZeroTape® packing tape system, it has been possible to achieve an excellent packing result with less muscle power, i.e. a packing result that is efficient for the company while at the same time improving employee satisfaction and health. This has been confirmed in a scientific study by the Department of Ergonomics at the University of Siegen, with which envirogroup is in a lively transfer of knowledge and practice.

OWN TEST LABORATORY FOR ADHESIVE TAPES
In our in-house laboratory, our technicians professionally test the material properties and quality of adhesive tapes and document them in test reports.
LABORATORY TESTING
We test our own products for quality assurance, but also our customers‘ tapes from their shipped goods. Based on these laboratory tests we can develop customer-specific product optimizations and increase the reliability of the seal.

DEVELOPMENT OF OWN ADHESIVES
With the in-house development of the XHT-90 and IHB-120 adhesives, the optimum solution for all areas of application has been created.
MODE OF ACTION OF ADHESIVES
The force-transferring effect of an adhesive is based on the interaction of adhesion and cohesion. Adhesion describes the ability of one substance to the surface of another substance to build up adhesive forces, while cohesion defines the inherent strength of the adhesive.
GLUE XHT-90
All the positive properties of conventional adhesives are reflected in this new type of adhesive. XHT-90 adhesive has a high initial adhesive strength (feature of hotmelt), a very high resistance to aging and temperature (feature of acrylate) and excellent adhesion at cold temperatures (feature of natural rubber). XHT-90® is ideal for use on almost all cardboard surfaces and shows excellent adhesion in other application situations. In addition, the adhesive is largely insensitive to UV rays. Especially at cold and warm temperatures the adhesive is characterized by its durability and problem-free usability. The XHT-90 adhesive is therefore one of the latest achievements in the packaging sector, reducing costs and improving packaging results.
GLUE IHB-120
„Immediate high bond 120 hours under pressure.“ Adhesive tapes must meet different requirements in the packaging process. With the IHB-120 we have developed an adhesive that goes far beyond the positive properties of conventional adhesives. The IHB-120 is particularly suitable for the heaviest packages and guarantees an exceptionally high initial adhesive strength. It is used in the food industry, in the deep-freeze sector and for regular parcel shipping over shorter distances. Due to the strong adhesive force your cartons remain securely closed until they have reached their destination. Especially on machine tapes the IHB-120 is often used.
