Use of the email address for sending direct advertising

Our newsletters contain so-called tracking pixels. This allows a statistical evaluation of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns. By means of the embedded tracking pixel, we can see whether and when an email has been opened and which links in the email have been called up. Such personal data collected via the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters are stored and evaluated by us in order to optimise the newsletter dispatch and to better adapt the content of future newsletters to your interests. The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties. You are entitled at any time to revoke the separate declaration of consent in this regard submitted via the double opt-in procedure. After revocation, this personal data will be deleted by Enviro Group GmbH. Unsubscribing from receiving the newsletter is automatically interpreted as a revocation. We use ActiveCampaign, 1 N Dearborn, 5th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601, United States, as our newsletter provider. We have concluded a contract with ActiveCampaign that includes the EU standard contractual clauses. This ensures that there is a level of protection comparable to that in the EU.
