STRETCHFOIL TEST CENTER
A very important aspect of load securing is the stability of the pallet. We test the stability of your load units in an accredited test centre, in our mobile test unit or directly at your production site. You will receive a recommendation for action with a personal certified seal for the packing of secure load units.

UNIVERSITY OF SIEGEN
In cooperation with the Department of Ergonomics at the University of Siegen, the innovative advantages of the ZeroTape® packing tape system were scientifically investigated and confirmed in a comparison of the ergonomic quality of different packing tape systems.
The study shows an enormous relief of the tight muscles in the shoulder and forearm when using ZeroTape®. Thus, from an ergonomic point of view, the scientists can recommend it without reservation. This result has convinced major German and European customers in the long term!
THE UNIQUE, ERGONOMIC PACKING TAPE SYSTEM!
With the new ZeroTape® packing tape system, seven important muscle groups in hands, arms and shoulders are used significantly less than with comparable hand dispensers.
When working with ZeroTape® the muscle activity is reduced by up to 23 % (absolute). This is the result of a scientific study by the University of Siegen.
ZeroTape vs. standard dispenser
Compared to the standard dispenser, the greatest savings in muscle power can be achieved with the m. flexor digitorum (-35 %), which is because the ZeroTape dispenser is held in a form-fit connection of handle and hand.
This is where the new construction shows its greatest advantages over the classic design.
ERGONOMIC AND SAFE
The reduced deflections of the wrist, in combination with the significantly lower gripping force, provide further advantages. This reduces possible restrictions of the wrist (tendon insufficiency) as well as the occurrence of complaints (epicondylitis – and tennis elbow – and compression syndromes).
The ZeroTape’s measurably lower rolling resistance in combination with the corresponding adhesive tape also relieves the shoulder muscles, especially the deltoid muscle pars spinalis (-25 %).
