LESS FILM, MORE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
With our new high-performance film Platinum Stretch and the high-tech film Supreme Stretch we offer an environmentally conscious alternative to conventional stretch films. With these innovative brand stretch films, significant film reduction is achieved – whilst improving pallet stability. At the same time, you reduce the amount of storage space required and at the same time reduce CO2 emissions, as less packaging material must be transported and ultimately recycled. In addition, our films are 100 % recyclable.
PACKING TAPE ON ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY CORES
During the development of ZeroTape® we gave a lot of thought to the sustainability of the system. The core was deliberately made of hard plastic. This core can be 100 % reused. Every customer has the possibility to return the empty cores to us so that we can reuse them for the next production. This also means that ZeroTape® is currently the only packaging tape system that does not generate waste from the cores.
ZeroTape® also has significantly more linear meters per roll. This means less freight and storage space as well as a significant reduction in order transactions.
SUSTAINABLE FILLING AND CUSHIONING MATERIALS FROM RENEWABLE OR RECYCLED MATERIALS
Our filling materials are produced according to the latest state of the art, considering environmental and climate protection. All biofilms are extracted from potato starch and degrade within a very short time in composting plants or in domestic compost completely without any remains of micro-plastics.
The innovative ProtectAir Paper film consists of recycled paper with a sealing layer of corn starch, which can be easily fed into the recycling cycle via the wastepaper system.
The ProtectAir ClimaFilm air cushions are produced climate neutral and consist of more than 50 % recycled material. Due to its disposal via the dual system, this film is a valuable resource to produce new products.
The Polsterboss packaging paper is made from 100 % wastepaper and requires no machines or electricity during processing. Therefore, no fresh wood is used in the production and the trees remain in nature as important CO2-reducers.

Most of our packing tapes come from environmentally friendly production. Here all machines and equipment are operated exclusively with renewable energy. The factory produces its own eco-power. All buildings are heated by a central pellet heating system.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY HEADQUATERS
For years environmental protection has also been taken very seriously at our headquarters. The administration building was built in a low-energy construction method and is heated exclusively by geothermal energy.
