STRETCH FILMS TEST CENTER
A very important aspect of load securing is the stability of the pallet. We test the stability of your load units in an accredited test center, in our mobile test unit or directly at your production site. You will receive a recommendation with a personal-certified seal for packing secure load units.

The ZeroTape® packing tape innovation
UNIVERSITY OF SIEGEN
In cooperation with the Department of Industrial Science/Ergonomics at the University of Siegen, the innovative advantages of the ZeroTape® packaging tape system were scientifically investigated and confirmed in a comparison of the ergonomic quality of various packaging tape systems. The study shows an enormous relief of the constrictor muscles in shoulder and forearm when using ZeroTape®. Thus, it can be unreservedly recommended by the scientists from an ergonomic point of view. This result has sustainably convinced large German and European customers!
ZEROTAPE VS. STANDARD DISPENSER
Compared to a standard dispenser, the greatest relief of strain can be achieved at the m. flexor digitorum (-35%), which is due to the ZeroTape dispenser being held in a positive connection between the handle and the hand. This is where the new design shows its greatest advantages over the conventional dispenser.
ERGONOMIC AND SAFE
The reduced deflections of the wrist, in conjunction with the significantly lower gripping force, bring even more advantages. This reduces possible restrictions of the wrist (tendon insufficiency) as well as the occurrence of complaints (epicondylitis - a.k.a. tennis elbow - and compression syndromes). The measurably lower unwinding resistance of the ZeroTape in conjunction with the corresponding adhesive tape also relieves the shoulder muscles, especially the m. deltoideus pars spinalis (-25%).
THE UNIQUE, ERGONOMIC PACKAGING TAPE SYSTEM!
With the new ZeroTape® packing tape system, seven important muscle groups in the hands, arms and shoulders are strained significantly less than with comparable hand dispensers. When working with ZeroTape®, muscle activity decreases by up to 25% (absolute). This is the result of a scientific study by the University of Siegen.
