45 Years of Enviro Group – A Look Back and a Step Forward

Some days are more than just a date on the calendar. On October 8, 2026, the time had come: We came together as a team to celebrate 45 years of Enviro Group —and that’s exactly the feeling that was in the air: pride in what we’ve achieved and anticipation for what’s yet to come.

It all began for us in 1981 as a family-owned business in the paper processing industry. Over the decades, we have grown from those roots into a specialist that is now a leader in packaging optimization. Looking back on our founding and history, it became clear once again just how far we’ve come—and how many people have helped us get here. Stories of our early days, milestones, and the occasional detour provided moments of both reflection and laughter.

But for us, an anniversary isn’t just a time to pause and reflect. That’s why we’re looking just as clearly toward the future: Where is this journey taking us? What goals will we set for ourselves in the coming years? Together, we’ve outlined how we plan to further strengthen our position and help shape the future of packaging optimization —with the same drive that has defined us for 45 years.

Amid reflections on the past and looks ahead to the future, there was plenty of time for team bonding. We started by gathering together in a relaxed atmosphere over some homemade pulled pork, before things got all the more lively during the team games that followed—with lots of laughter, competitive spirit, and the occasional surprising talent among our own ranks.

The grand finale was a tour of the Irle Brewery, where we got some fascinating behind-the-scenes insights. We wrapped up a thoroughly successful day with a hearty buffet and good company.

45 years of Enviro Group—that’s 45 years of growth, teamwork, and the determination to always think one step ahead.
