Quarterly Meetings in June – Hands-On Optimization

It’s always a special occasion when the entire Enviro Group team gets together. That’s exactly what the quarterly get-togethers in June were like—and everyone really enjoyed them.

 

As always, the focus this time was on practical application. This allowed all employees from the various departments to experience the Packaging Solution Center from a customer’s perspective—not just in theory, but firsthand.

Several stations were open during the workshop. In the Mobile Test Center—our test truck—the acceleration track demonstrated how a pallet withstands an emergency stop, measured and documented by camera. At the stretch film testing station, the technical data for the film became tangible and relevant to real-world applications. With Kontrol 4.0, everyone watched live on the dashboard as consumption, costs, and CO₂ emissions per pallet were displayed in real time. And the tension force sensor system demonstrated how pallet stability can be measured continuously and in real time along the entire load height during the wrapping process—a process that many were seeing for the first time.

Amid all the technical discussions, there was still plenty of time for socializing: Everyone eagerly tackled a team quiz, and the meal together was a real treat.

 

In the end, everyone agreed—it was an all-around successful quarterly event that beautifully combined expertise, hands-on experience, and team spirit. We’re already looking forward to the next one.
