Manually strapping pallets takes a lot of effort. Back pain and muscle fatigue are part of the daily routine for many packers, and transport safety suffers as a result of inconsistent results. This is exactly where our new product innovation comes in: Building on the success of ZeroTape®, we are launching ZeroStretch® just in time for Interpack 2026—a system that makes wrapping pallets significantly more efficient and easier on the body.
ZeroStretch® is a deliberately lightweight dispenser with a continuous handle that is easy on the hands, arms, and back—no unnecessary bending or stretching, just a natural posture and relatively effortless work.
Another unique feature lies in the film itself: ZeroStretch® films are pre-stretched and require only minimal effort to achieve excellent pallet stability. An integrated brake continuously adjusts the unwinding speed and ensures even film tension.
For us, ZeroStretch® is more than just another product. It’s about making working conditions in warehouses and shipping facilities a little better—striking the ideal balance between ease of use and optimal packing results.
