Highlight of the half-year – the quarterly days of July 2024

It's always a special treat for everyone when the entire envirogroup team gets together. And yesterday was the day again - the Quarterly Days July 2024 were duly opened with an extensive breakfast together. The Quarterly Days are a valuable institution that not only serves to provide further training, but also gives a fresh impetus to exchanges between employees at Kalteiche, in Dortmund and in the field.

At the half-year meeting in the new Packaging Solution Center, everyone from each department was brought up to date. This was immediately followed by the "Culture & Values" workshop, in which all employees from all departments freely discussed ideas and approaches in mixed groups on how we as the envirogroup team can better embody our values and achieve even greater motivation and performance for our customers. The concrete suggestions were then formulated directly into action points so that implementation could be tackled immediately. The atmosphere during the workshop was constructive, but definitely not without the necessary pinch of humor.

After the workshop, the barbecues were fired up and while the most wonderful aromas were already wafting over our premises, a cool Krombacher was in hand and the various activities were pursued. While the table tennis balls whizzed into the furthest corners of the table in the Packaging Solution Center, the golf clubs were swung outside with precision and expertise.

The highlight was of course once again the homemade burgers, which - followed by deliciously decorated iced coffee - completely exhausted everyone's food intake capacity.
