40 years of packaging optimization at Enviro Group GmbH
The Enviro Group is celebrating its 40th anniversary this month as part of a major team event.
"Normally, we don't look back, but strongly toward the future. But today we want to look back on a 40-year success story." With these words, Managing Director Nils Brusius opened the event.
During the event, which was attended by all employees, there were exciting insights into the beginnings in 1981 and a journey with all the important stations up to the year 2021, including important milestones such as the new ZeroTape packaging tape system or Germany's first and only mobile test center for pallet stability.
A special highlight of this day was a joint action to protect our local forests. More than 100 trees were planted by employees directly behind the company building. "In this way, we are taking on the responsibility of protecting our environment and making an important contribution to environmental protection in addition to the material savings we offer our customers," commented Daniel Brusius on the action. Afterwards, there was music and a shared meal. While enjoying the other activities such as a large foosball table offering a professional playing experience for up to 8 participants, expertly mixed cocktails, and a s'mores station (campfire snack), the team brought this special day to a close.
